Hello, and welcome. I’m Volha Stasiuliene, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. Since 2013, I’ve been working with adults and young people facing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges.
My core training is in Integrative Counselling, a flexible, client-centred approach that blends evidence-based techniques from various therapeutic models. This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs—addressing your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and the context of your life as a whole. I also have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
CBT helps you recognise and shift negative thinking patterns that may be affecting your mood and behaviour. It’s structured, goal-oriented, and highly effective for conditions like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
DBT focuses on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and improving interpersonal skills. Originally developed for borderline personality disorder, it has proven helpful for people dealing with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or self-destructive behaviours.
